How can my work with Section 8 Housing take advantage of the OZ tax incentive?

I work with Section 8 Housing Management companies providing programs for youth and young adults focusing on literacy, respect and self-Improvement. How can something like this fit into the OZ model?

It should fit perfectly. It should spur state and local governments to give you their own tax incentives on top of the federal OZ incentives. You should be able to fast-track permitting and avoid unnecessary delays. Nothing about doing Section 8 housing should interfere with qualifying for the OZ benefits.

The business must be a QOZB and obtain investment from a QOF in order for the investors to benefit from the tax deferral on the capital gains.
