You can use HUD's map (https://opportunityzones.hud.gov/resources/map). You can type in your address to find whether it's in an opportunity zone. The map will also give you the census tract number.

Try Google. Find Opportunity Zones, California Opportunity Zone portal (https://opzones.ca.gov/find-opportunity-zones/) and the state integrated OZ map, which depicts Qualified Opportunity Zones within California. This map also features other planning tools, incentives, and examples of state investments in these zones in key priority areas.
