Jason Wood is a corporate attorney. He is currently a partner at the Phoenix, Arizona, office of Quarles & Brady LLP, where he serves as the Arizona chair of the firm’s real estate practice group.

In addition, Wood has extensive experience in banking and financing, and represents both lenders and borrowers in different types of financing transactions.
Prior to joining Quarles & Brady, Wood worked as a partner at Titus Brueckner & Levine PLC, a full-service business law firm based in Arizona. He also worked as an associate attorney at Ekmark & Ekmark and as corporate counsel at Intersections Inc.
Wood is certified to practice law in Arizona and Texas. He holds an AV Preeminent Rating awarded by the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings, and has been included in the Super Lawyers lists since 2014. He is an active member of the Arizona district council of the Urban Land Institute, as well as the Arizona and New Mexico operations committee of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Wood holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Arizona and a juris doctor from the University of Texas.
